Just gonna say that I'm actually quite proud of the comments here and on the FP. Controversial subject with a celebrity death, yet there is a very low amount of flaming, hate speech, and ignorance. Instead, there are heaps of respect and understanding. This is a good place.

Agreed, oppo is a good place ... I still didn't feel like commenting on the actual article, though. I read it somewhere else when I was helping my old man with a tablet PC, and it got me thinking.

Walker's death leaves me with a crappy aftertaste. If you are going to go wild in a car with somebody in the passenger seat, just make damn sure you know what you are doing.

I've had my share of close calls, both as a driver and passenger, and I often get angry at people who are obviously lacking in the judgement department and/or overdriving their cars when there's other people involved.

If I ever manage to off myself by way of crashing a car, I would rather be the only one to kick the bucket.

I agree with you 100%.

I just will NOT drive fast and take the chances with a passenger that I might when alone and I do not want to be a passenger of someone who will.
